Welcome to the B.Tech Program in Electrical Engineering

Dear Students,

As the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, I am delighted to welcome you to our vibrant community. Whether you are continuing your journey with us or joining for the first time, we are excited to have you here.

Our graduate program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the rapidly evolving field of electrical engineering. You will have access to state-of-the-art resources, innovative research opportunities, and dedicated faculty who are committed to your success. Apart from the regular curriculum the department strives to develop the students into intellectual prodigy .The department conducts various programs under the departmental association such as Workshops, Technical Training, Project-expo, Guest Lectures and Seminar by Experts from Industry and Academic background for constant knowledge up-gradation of staff and students. This activity helps to know the latest technologies, in the field of Electrical Engineering. Industrial visits are regularly organized to improve the practical knowledge of the students and to have an interaction with the industry people. We continue to play a leading role in our discipline which leads us towards creating innovative and effective professional graduate communities which would be vivacious and provide continuous learning.

Faculty members are actively involved in publishing research papers in various reputed National /International Journals and Conferences. The Department regularly organizes Student development programs, Faculty development programs, Conferences, and Workshops. A continuous interaction with industries is established through MOUs, Industry visits, and Internships. Department conducts various technical activities and social activities. They are encouraged to participate in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and have won prizes. Training and Placement division provides full training and placement assistance to students in all areas of professional education. All of our students get placed in reputed companies. Students have exhibited good performance in competitive examinations. Alumni are serving in various positions in reputed companies. With the rapidly evolving technology and continuous need for innovation, it has been the Department’s ongoing endeavor to produce quality engineering graduates.

In addition to rigorous coursework, you will engage in cutting-edge research, collaborate with industry leaders, and participate in projects that challenge your creativity and technical prowess.
